Refund Policy
Published policy.
No surprises.
Two products, two policies, both in writing. Studio sessions carry a $50 deposit that’s non-refundable but transferable with 72-hour notice. Event-space bookings use a tiered refund/credit window. Same rules for every client.
$50 deposit, 72-hour grace.
Vocal sessions, senior-engineer sessions, mix & mastering, and the 6-hour daytime special. The $50 deposit is non-refundable but transferable when you give us 72+ hours’ notice.
Refund or credit, by timing.
Premium and VIP Luxe events at Lush Event Space. Balance due 14 days before the event (7 days for the Artist Concert Package). Deposit windows below.
The credit option is the soft-landing: if something changes on your end, we’d rather hold your deposit as credit toward a future session or event than issue a partial refund. Credits expire 12 months from the original booking date.

Per-song pricing ($249 – $449 CAD). Paid in full at project kickoff.
All amounts in Canadian dollars. Deposit checkout launches once our Stripe account is live — until then, sessions are invoiced manually after the inquiry form.
No-smoking policy. Strict no-smoking indoors. Damage caused by smoking or by guests violating studio rules is deducted from the booker’s damage deposit or billed separately.
Damage responsibility. The person who books is responsible for damages caused by them or their guests. Damage assessments are invoiced within 30 days.
Chargebacks. Deposit disputes must be raised in writing first. We respond within 7 business days with booking details, receipts, and communication on record.
