In plain language.

You must be 18 or older to book a session, make a payment, or enter into these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian books on your behalf — see section 2.

The person who books is the client of record. They are responsible for payment, for everyone they bring, and for the conduct of their party while on site.

Young artists are welcome. A guardian books.

We work with artists of every age and we want young artists in the room. The only difference is who handles the paperwork.

• Booking and payment. A parent or legal guardian makes the booking, pays, and is the client of record. We do not take a booking, deposit, or payment directly from anyone under 18.
• Consent form. Before the first session, the guardian completes our guardian consent form — it covers attendance, payment, emergency contact, and how any recordings or images may be used.
• Attendance. Artists under 16 must be accompanied by their guardian for the whole session. Artists aged 16 and 17 may attend alone with written guardian consent and an emergency contact on file.
• Timing. Sessions for artists under 18 finish by 9:00 PM, and an artist under 18 is never left alone with a single staff member.
• Alcohol. Alcohol is served on the premises. Where it is being served, anyone under 19 must be accompanied by their guardian.
• Rights and releases. Any release, licence, or grant of rights involving an artist under 18 must be signed by their guardian to be effective.

A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit. Until the deposit lands, the time is not held — if someone else pays for the same slot first, they get it.

The remaining balance is due at the session. Deposits, reschedules, cancellations, no-shows, and sessions cut short are all governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Booked time is the time you reserved. Arriving late does not extend the session, and the balance does not change.

A recording session delivers your raw session files. Mixing and mastering are separate services and are not included in session time unless you booked them.

You own your music. We claim no rights in your recordings, compositions, or masters. We keep session files for a limited period after your session as a courtesy, not as a backup service — keep your own copies.

Equipment is maintained and substitutions of comparable quality may occasionally be necessary. If a specific piece of gear is essential to your session, tell us before you book.

The studio room holds six people. Smoking and vaping indoors are not permitted. Illegal substances and weapons are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

You are responsible for damage caused by you or your party. We may end a session without refund for behaviour that threatens the safety of our staff, our clients, or the premises.

We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Calls to the studio may be recorded for quality and service. We tell you at the start of every call, and if you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will call you back instead.

Where a caller tells us they are under 18, that call is used only to handle their enquiry. It is never used for marketing, never added to advertising audiences, and never used to train any artificial-intelligence or voice model.

We do not film or photograph your session for our own use without asking first. Ask us to delete a call recording and we will, the same day. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
